Birdy is a really soft sweet girl who has learned to have lovely polite manners ie no using teeth on, or jumping up on the humans. She is sleeps in her own crate at night and is toilet trained. Birdie has learned to tie up on a short lead - ready for her first coffee shop experience and she politely sits and waits for the appropriate word to be able to eat her breakfast.
Birdie stands politely and calmly for her groom and has lovely manners to brush and wash

Merindah Farm Puppy Pricing Policy
The aim of our puppy pricing policy is to be as fair as possible to everyone on our puppy waiting list.
Our policy on holding puppies is as follows:
We will only hold a puppy once the deposit has been paid. Once the deposit is paid that puppy is then removed from our advertising and is marked as no longer available for sale.
We give people preference for selecting and paying a deposit in the order in which they contact us and we honor that to the best of our ability. However if we have tried to contact a person and they have not responded in a reasonable timeframe, we will move to the next person ‘in line’.
Our policy on waiting list and pricing is as follows:
The price quoted to you in your first communication with us will be the price you pay for your puppy provided that:
Your deposit securing your place on our waiting list is received within 7 days of our initial communication, and
You accept a puppy from our next litter that conforms to the preferences you stated on joining our waiting list
When you are offered a puppy from a litter and decide to accept your placement in that litter, an additional payment of $1000 toward the purchase price is required within 3 days of acceptance
The remaining balance is payable on a mutually agreed payment plan, balance to be paid in full 2 days prior to your agreed collection date
We are under no obligation to notify you of changes to our prices. However, we are very happy to answer your inquiries at any time
We are able to supply a tax invoice if requested
Your position on our waiting list is strictly determined by the date the waiting list deposit is received
Our policy on deposits is as follows:
If we are unable to provide a puppy for you in the time-frame estimated in our first communication with you and you wish to leave the list, you are entitled to a full refund of your deposit
If you cancel your placement on the list for any other reason we will refund your deposit minus $100 admin fee.
If you cancel your placement on the list after being allocated and accepting a puppy, your payment(s) to date is/are non-refundable but will be held for you as a credit on your next puppy from our group.
Our policy on puppies boarded with us either past 9 weeks of age or if older and that cannot be collected immediately.
Puppies that are purchased and remain with us after
9 weeks of age
an older pup has been chosen and paid for but for whatever reason are unable to be collected
purchase, for planned additional boarding and training
Will incur a fee of $22 per day for food, care and ongoing training.
