What Happens After You Contact Us
You will get an automatic acknowledgement straight away, so you know your message arrived. After that we reply as soon as we are able, and we do reply. Texts usually get an answer within a couple of hours. The one thing that will hold us up is an animal emergency, which always takes priority here. Telling Us What You Need
If you are after a puppy, tell us roughly when you are hoping to bring one home, whether you have other dogs or young children, other dogs, birds or reptiles and what your days look like. That is what we need in order to tell you honestly which of our litters would suit you and which would not. If you are after a horse, tell us what you are hoping to do with your horse and what your experience is, honestly, because that is how we work out which of ours would suit you. Every horse we have available is on our Friesian horses for sale page.
If you are already one of our puppy families, get in touch about anything at all. Training and feeding are the questions we get most and we are always happy to hear them. If you would like to book training, our Learning to Listen workshops are open to anyone who needs help with their dog, not only to families who bought a puppy from us.

How quickly will you reply?
You will get an automatic acknowledgement as soon as your message arrives, and we reply as soon as we are able. Texts usually get an answer within a couple of hours. An animal emergency will hold us up, and it always takes priority.
Can we visit the farm?
Yes, and we would rather you did. Visits are by appointment within our set visitor hours between 10:30am and 3:30pm, and those hours are frequently taken up, so please give us as much notice as you can.
Do you answer horse enquiries here too?
Yes. The same form and the same phone number reach us for both the dogs and the horses. Tell us which one you are enquiring about and we will take it from there.
Do I have to phone, or can I email?
Either. You can use the form on this page, email us or phone. For a puppy or a horse enquiry we will ask to speak with you on the phone at some point, because it is the fastest way for us to work out what would suit you.

We send written directions from the highway by text once your visit is booked, together with our biosecurity document. Please use those rather than a GPS. We are just under two hours from Brisbane, and most people who travel to us fly into Brisbane.
